Die Casting Department

PEK TECHNIC’s die casting machine park is composed of 8 machines in the range of 300 tons to 750 tons enabling PEK TECHNIC to cast parts with weight ranging from 25gr to 10 kg.

All High Pressure Die Casting Machines in the Foundry are supported by mold conditioners, jetcooling systems, high vacuum equipment, dosing and electrical purging furnaces, multi-axis spraying systems, pick-up and spray lubrication robots. Aluminum and Zamac Alloys are consumed as raw material in this department.
